Dr. Bobby Arun Kumar

Dr. Bobby Arun Kumar, Cosmetic Surgeon completed both his Medical and Science degrees at the University of New South Wales, successfully graduating from medicine in 1990.

His surgical training and career began with training in Paediatric surgery, Gastrointestinal surgery and General surgery. He then chose to pursue Cardiothoracic surgery training. Dr. Bobby Kumar has worked in public hospitals for 18 years and has broad general surgical training.

In the course of having his own private practice, he developed an interest in Cosmetic surgery and Skin Cancer Reconstructive surgery. As a result, he joined the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and has completed a two year training program attaining a Surgical Fellowship in Cosmetic surgery, training not otherwise offered through other surgical disciplines.

Dr. Bobby Kumar is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery. This college is associated with the American and Asian colleges of Cosmetic surgery. In the course of his training, Dr. Bobby Kumar has been mentored by some of Australia’s and the USA's finest and leading Cosmetic and Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons.

Dr. Bobby Kumar regularly attends both Australian and International conferences in order to maintain his up to date knowledge of techniques and skills. He has also presented talks at Australian conferences regarding Cosmetic Reconstructive surgery. He is a leading co-author in published works in international journals and textbooks.
